As a part of our policy we offer one-year manufacturer warranty on every device. Please find your nearest service center through our smart search and visit there to get it serviced. If you are unable to find any service center in your city, you can also visit any Forme Retailer or can call us for further assistance. Rest assured, we are there to help you.
Forme offers one year limited warranty on handset and charger; and 6 months warranty on accessories, which covers any software or hardware related issue occurred under normal usage. Forme will repair or replaced parts/product depends on the case or serviceability or the product. The limited warranty does not cover defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative or structural items, including framing, and any non-operative parts. Warranty will be void if the item has already been dissembled or serviced before at any non-authorized service center. Please be noted, replacement of any part due physical damage which is not covered under warranty will be chargeable. Also all Forme product can be serviced even after the warranty period, cost of parts and service charge will be paid by the customer.
All our product sold directly or through authorized reseller are under manufacturer warranty and service can be availed at any authorized service center. Item can also be sent to us where the Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Product to Forme and Forme shall bear the cost of shipping the Product back to the Consumer.
Please call your telecom service provider immediately so they can block your sim and stop all the services associated with it to protect from any misuse. Also report your nearest police station as soon as you can. Keep your complaint detail for any future reference.
